Missing Tara Air aircraft found crashed in Mygdi (Animated )

A Tara Air Viking 9N-AHH Twin Otter carrying 18 passengers and three crew members en route to Jomsom from Pokhara has been missing. The plane took off from Pokhara at 7:47 this morning. The passengers included two tourists, according to Police. Tara Air has said that it has received reports of a missing plane. Details are yet to come.

Locals have found the aircraft aflame in Dana VDC-2, Solighopte area. Shyam Pun, Lal Bahadur Pun, Nabin Khadka and Sher Bahadur Budhathoki along with a police man rushed to the crash site after a local of Rupse informed them. "We saw an aircraft aflame. It is still burning," Shyam Pun told Republica Online. According to him a body is also lying at the site.

काठमाडौँ,उपत्यकामा आज दिउँसो भूकम्पको झड्का महसुस गरिएको छ। ३ बजेर ६ बजे मिनेट जाँदा उपत्यकामा भूकम्पको महसुस गरिएको छ । गत वैशाख १२ गते देखि सुरु भएको भूकम्पले बेला बेला झड्का दिइरहेको छ । सिन्धुपाल्चोक जिल्लालाई केन्द्र बनाए ५ दशमव ४ रेक्टर स्केलको भुकम्प गएको छ । दिउसो ३ बजेर ७ मिनेट जाँदा भुकम्प गएको भुकम्प मापन केन्द्रका लोकविजया अधिकारीले जानकारी दिए ।

उपत्यकामा पनि पनि ठुलो झड्का महसुश गरिएको यो भुकम्प गत बैशाख १२ गतेको भुकम्पको पराकम्पन भएको अधिकारीले बताए ।
राजधानीमा भुकम्पको झड्का महसुश हुनासाथ मानिसहरु घर बाहिर निस्किएका थिए ।

Nepal Sadbhawana Party Chairman Rajendra Mahato charged that the government formed a political mechanism a day before Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli embarked on India visit just to fool the southern neighbour.

Rajendra Mahato says the KP Oli government formed the body before Oli’s India visit, in a bid to give a false impression to the southern neighbour. The leader, speaking at a programe organised to make public the decisions of a Sadbhavana Party committee, said the mechanism isn’t worth commenting upon. “I have heard a Kamal Thapa-led mechanism has taken shape. I don’t know what it will do,” he said, describing the body as a conspiracy to mislead India. Mahato said he will comment when a real mechanism takes shape. Nonetheless, Mahato indicated the United Democratic Madheshi Front will have no problem accepting the panel’s existence if it has a wider jurisdiction.

Black is the preferred color on Thursday. Shani, one of the Navagrahas, is worshipped in numerous temples and there are also temples exclusively dedicated to Sani. Devotees who are observing Shanivar Vrat usually visit Shani shrines. Black colored items like sesame til, sesame oil, black clothes, and black gram whole are offered to Shani. It must be noted here that the color of the idol of Shani is always black in color. Those devotees who fast on Saturday only take a single meal that too in the evening after prayers. Food prepared usually consis ts of sesame til or black gram or any other black colored food item. Salt is avoided by many on the day.

Minister for Home Affairs Bamdev Gautam informed the parliament that the meeting of security council decided to mobilize NA in Tikapur of Kailali, Malangawa of Sarlahi and Gaur of Rautahat. The 1950 India-Nepal Treaty of Peace and Friendship (official name Treaty of Peace and Friendship Between The Government of India and The Government of Nepal) is a bilateral treaty between Nepal and India establishing a close strategic relationship between the two South Asian neighbors. The need for treaties has increased as the world‟s interdependence has intensified. Continuing, technological innovation, economic globalization and the growth of transnationalism has resulted in an enormous increase in the frequency and rapidity of global interaction. Such challenges require both nationa l and international responses. Where a problem cannot be adequately addressed by a country acting alone acting cooperatively at the international level becomes essential for a country to protect its own interests.The purpose of treaties is to address the i nterests and concerns of the signatories in a given time and context and if they fall short to address the dynamic international policies then the obvious choice is to upgrade or amend them. The interests and concerns of a particular country is defined and determined by its political elite in a particular time, space and context. This is true in the context of the Treaty of Peace and Friendship signed in 1950 between India and Nepal to take care of their mutual interests within a particular regional context . The article examines the relevance of the treaty and prospects of Indo - Nepal relations in the changing enternational scenario. It argues that Nepal has benefitted much more than India from the treaty. However, considering changes in the strategic equati ons in the region, India - Nepal bilateral relations must be remodeled into a strategic partnerrship that seeks to provide security, modernization and prosperity.

kushti is a form of wrestling from South Asia. It was developed in the Mughal era through a synthesis of the malla-yuddha form of wrestling in South Asia.The history of Varzesh-e Bastani in Persia or Ancient Iran can be traced back to the Parthian Empire of Iran (132 BC - 226 AD). Even the word Pahlavan comes from Parthia (according to one of the most reliable sources on history of the ancient Iran, "History of Ancient Iran" by Hasan Pirnia). A practitioner of this sport is referred to as a pehlwan, while teachers are known as ustad (or guru, for Hindu teachers).[2] The undefeated champions of India hold the title Rustam-i-Hind, meaning "the Rostam of India", whereas the title Rustam-i-Pakistan is similarly used in Pakistan, denoting Rostam: the hero of the Iranian national epic, the Shahnameh.
