Prime Minister Sushil Koirala has urged the Non-Resident Nepalese (NRN) to invest more in the country. Speaking at a programme organized to lay a foundation stone of the Sheraton Kathmandu Hotel in the capital city today, PM Koirala said that the investment in the hotel by NRN Association Chair Shesh Ghale was an inspirational evidence of a welcome to foreign investment in the country. PM Koirala further said such huge investment has helped open up a new avenue for developmental activities obstructed in the country for 60 years. Now such investment should go to the agriculture and energy sectors, he added. Similarly, he praised the efforts of Mr Ghale and thanked him for this tremendous investment in the country and wished success in the venture.
