Nepal's Parliamentary Development Committee has directed the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport Management to immediately renovate the 19-kilometer road section from Bhittamod transit point to Janakpur.Indian Prime Minister Modi is likely to enter Nepal via land route from Patna, which is four hours drive from Bhittamod.The Ministry of Physical Planning and Transport Management has been informed that India Prime Minister Modi is likely to come to Nepal for the SAARC Summit via land, according to Secretary at the Ministry Tulasi Prasad Sitoula. Security has been beefed up in all the three holy sites ahead of Modi's visit to Nepal. During his previous visit to Nepal in August, Prime Minister Modi had expressed his desire to visit Janakpur and Lumbini.
