A woman died after a car hit her at Manohara of Lokanthali on Monday night. According to police, Devaki Thapa, 37, died this morning while receiving treatment at Sinamangal-based teaching hospital. Thapa, who was riding a motorcycle, was hit by the car, Ba 9 Cha 6564, heading to Kathmandu from Bhaktapur. Another one injured in the accident Jiban Thapa has been receiving treatment. Police have taken under control 25-year-old car driver, Aditya Agrwal from Maharajgunj, Kathmandu.
