Thirty-three thousand and sixteen suggestions on the preliminary draft of the Constitution of Nepal, 2072 BS, have been collected from different individuals and organisations in and out of the country till Tuesday mid-night. According to the Constituent Assembly Secretariat, a total of 20,722 suggestions were collected through website and 8,800 through email. Similarly, 2,471 suggestions were received from toll-free numbers, 1,080 from fax and 243 were submitted directly to the Secretariat. The Secretariat had determined the deadline till Tuesday midnight for the feedback collection. Lawmakers from 240 constituencies across the country were deployed for feedback collection. RSS
