"Here is an unedited version of me jumping off London's famous Tower Bridge into the River Thames," 17-year-old Shah Faisal Shinwari, who goes by "Carnage," says in a YouTube video posted Thursday. "This was later very regretted by me and I realized it was the stupidest idea ever. Thanks for watching!" The video shows him leaping off Tower Bridge and into the brackish and fast-moving waters. He is then seen lying on a dock, spitting up and receiving first aid.
