The full meeting of the constitution drafting committee on Sunday unanimously passed the draft of the new constitution. Kanshinath Adhikari of UML and Ganeshman Pun of UCPN-M demanded that the cow be removed as national animal and replaced by the rhino, sources said. The draft will be presented before the CA chairman Subash Chandra Nembang next day, said Krishna Prasad Sitaula, chairman of the constitution drafting committee. The draft is being presented in the CA too next day.
