At least 20 people have been reported dead in landslides that occurred on Wednesday night at Kaski district.
Fifty people have been reported dead in landslides triggered by incessant rainfall last night in Tamagi and Lumle VDCs of Kaski district. According to Nagadanda police post In-charge Gyan Prasad Lamichhane, four members of the family of Basant BK including his wife and two grand children died when their house was buried in the mud slip. The landslides that took place in Lumle VDC-4 and 6 had buried 15 houses in the area and security personnel involved in the rescue operation fear more casualties. Watch video News for details.
