The lawmakers that include Minister of Irrigation and Nepali Congress leader Narayan Prakash Saud and CPN UML leader Karna Bahadur Thapa submitted the memo to Prime Minister Sushil Koirala, UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal and UCPN (Maoist) leader and Constitutional-Political Dialogue and Consensus Committee (CPDCC) Chairman Dr Baburam Bhattarai at Singhadurbar on Wednesday.As parties have intensified the talks on promulgating new constitution after delineating provinces, a team of 35 Constituent Assembly (CA) members representing various parties submitted memo demanding an 'undivided far-west' region.
