Nepali Congress, CPN-UML and UCPN-Maoist – are holding a joint welcome ceremony to mark promulgation of the Constitution st Tundikhel.
Chairs of the parties, Prime Minister and NC President Sushil Koirala, UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli and UCPN-Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal, are scheduled to address the ceremony.
Party cadres and members of the general public have thronged Tundikhel with the national flag and respective party flags.
