Bomb threats force 2 Air France flights from US to Paris into emergency landings

Two Air France planes bound for Paris made emergency landings Tuesday evening in Salt Lake City, Utah and Nova Scotia, Canada. One flight, AF65, en route from Los Angeles International to Charles de Gaulle in Paris was diverted and performed an emergency landing in Salt Lake City, Utah at 7 p.m. local time. Another flight, AF55, which departed Washington D.C. for Paris was diverted and landed at Halifax Stanfield International Airport, in Nova Scotia. After speaking to Air France, ABC reported the Paris-bound flights were diverted after two bomb threats were called in.
