A dashboard camera has caught the moment a man cheated death despite being flung into the air out of the open window of a van in a spectacular crash. He suffered injuries including a broken leg but relatives said his life was not in danger. And the driver of the van who lost control of his vehicle and overturned several times before ending up on a grass verge was miraculously unhurt. He was made to take a breath test after being driven from the scene by police, which showed he had been drinking but wasn’t over the limit.
