Born in Dhanusha, Nepal, Mr. Mahaseth is an eminent politician and social worker. He was elected to the Constituent Assembly (2010-2012) from Dhanusha 5 and was the Minister of Irrigation in 2011. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from Birla Institute of Technology, India.
