A massive fire has broken out at a busy marketplace in Itahari-1 on Thursday evening. The fire that is believed to be trigged by electric short circuit has already gutted two houses.Fire engines from Dharan, Itahari, Biratnagar and Inaruwa have been taken to the incident site while security personnel and locals are trying to control the fire, according to the RSS. No human casualty was reported as most shops were shut, police added. According to the report, property worth millions was already gutted. Police are also salvaging various goods from the shops.
