The militant Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) has released a video it says shows the beheading of U.S. journalist Steven Sotloff.A video of reporter James Foley's beheading released in August also showed Sotloff, warning he would be killed next if U.S. airstrikes continued.The 31-year-old freelance journalist appeared at the end of an ISIS video showing the decapitation of American journalist James Foley last week with militants warning he would be next if US air strikes in Iraq did not stop. However, The White House has said it cannot confirm the authenticity of the video which is thought to show the US hostage being beheaded.
