Sinkhole disaster in Pokhara Armala

Multiple big sinkholes have been formed in the city of Pokhara. The larger sinkhole is about eight feet wide and seven feet deep. Locals residing in the areas considered unsafe for settlements say that buildings are being constructed rampantly due to the negligence of the local authority.

Cricket Association of Nepal is going to organise the Ncell Nepal Premier League (NPL) instead of the Zohra Sports Management.However, the date for the NPL had not been fixed yet, it was announced that the league would kick off in April after the national team’s return from the World Twenty20 in Bangladesh.

Massive fire breaks out in Kapilvastu killed Child

A massive fire that broke out at a Dalit settlement of Pipari in Birpur-8 of Kapilvatu on Tuesday has killed a five-year-old minor and gutted around half of a settlement of the village. The fire had destroyed about 50 houses The dead child has been identified as Shiva Bhar, according to Police Inspector.

The fire started from a traditional firewood consuming cooking stove in the house of a local, Shaddu Bhar. Large amount of food, clothes and utensils were destroyed in the incident. the fire erupted from the house of local Saddu Bhar at a round 12.30 this afternoon.
