Police said a man has been nabbed from the Capital on charge of intimidating people and extorting them.
A special team deployed by Metropolitan Police Crime Division held him on extortion charge. Officials said he had been extorting businesspersons and real estate agents.
Police identified the suspect as Sajan Maharjan, who is accused of being chieftain of a criminal gang.
