Ten packets of chili powder have been recovered from Constituent Assembly building in Kathmandu . Who is responisble for putting those chilli powder packets is not unknown. However, its been said that the investigation is under way. The packets were found on the several corners of the building half an hour before the CA meeting is scheduled to begin. Parliament secretary Spokesperson Mukunda Sharma said that the recovery was a saddening one. The CA meeting is scheduled to begin at 11 am today.
