Al least 16 passengers were killed in road accident in Hetauda and Makwanpur. 9 people were killed on the spot when a passenger bus (Na. 4 Kha. 3697) collided with a truck (Na. 4 Kha. 5765) coming from the opposite direction at Bijaura on the Hetauda-Narayagadh road section this afternoon. 27 others were injured, and are undergoing treatment at Bharatpur Hospital and Chitwan Medical College, according to the District Police Office Makwanpur.
