Hotelier arrested on murder charge in Jhapa

Posted by Anup Baral May 31, 2015 :Police have arrested a hotelier Maya Moktan, 42 year old woman and three accomplices for the murder of a 20 year old woman in Jhapa district. Three others early this morning on the charge of their involvement in killing Mandira BK, a resident of Birtamod in Jhapa district. Owner of Silong Hotel Moktan, her sons Bijay and Manoj and Kumar Tamang of Kavre district were held for allegedly murdering BK by slitting her. It is said that BK was residing in the hotel for couple of days. Moktan’s sons Bijay and Manoj along with Kumar Tamang of Kavre district were later arrested under suspicion of their involvement in the murder of BK. Moktan was arrested at 1:00 am while carrying the body of BK to throw in drainage at Mechinagar Municipality-10. Victim BK who was staying at the hotel for the last couple of days, had her throat slit.
