International borders with Nepal touching the seven northeastern districts of Bihar, where polling is slated for November 1, will be sealed for 48 houurs. Over 90% voters have been distributed booth slips in these constituencies till Thursday, officials claimed.The voting will take place on Sunday for 49 seats which includes Motihari, Mujafarpur, Sitamadhi, Betiyar among other areas in Bihar. The Indian security forces at the border have said the trade point would be opened from Monday morning once the election concludes. The office of Bihar chief electoral officer (CEO) held a review meeting on Thursday with the general, expenditure, police and micro observers of the 55 constituencies going to the polls on Sunday.
