Tension flared up at Cricket Association of Nepal Assembly: Tension grips up at the general assembly of Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) after the 'physical intervention' from dissident faction. A group of dissident faction on Monday began disrupting the assembly while Vice Chairman Chatur Bahadur Chand was addressing the assembly. Vice Chairmen Keshav Ghimire and Sunil Man Amatya along with some CAN office bearers had gheraoed the rostrum when Chand was addressing. CAN President Tanka Angbuhang along with some officials are against the convention.
