Three people died when police opened fire in Rangeli, Morang today. More than a dozen, including police and UDMF cadres, were injured. Police opened over 40 rounds of fire during clash with UDMF cadres. Clash ensued after the UDMF cadres attempted to break the security chain at a program of the CPN (UML)'s youth wing Youth Force. Police opened fire after a crowd of protesters moved towards the stage set for the program. More than a dozen, including police and UDMF cadres, were injured. Among the injured are Satyanarayan Yadav, Biren Yadav and Muna.
