Dr. Bhattrai said,"No change in country until political stability." former Prime Minister Dr Baburam Bhattarai has released a book called Hatya Gariyeka ra Atmahatya Garna Badhya Pariyeka Nepali Sainikharu’ by Mohan Thapa titled ‘Ti Sainik Mrityudanda Diyieka. The book is written about those Nepali army men who were executed, killed and forced to commit suicide in the past.

Mohan Thapa, who is also the retired Warrant Officer-1 of Nepal Army, has incorporated the history of Nepal Army from 1707 BS to 2058 BS in the book. On the book release programme, Dr Bhattarai said that seeking achievements immediately during the period of political transition was irrelevant. Dr bhattrai argued that a stable government should be formed as no politician can prove his calibre within a short period of time.
