Hospital remained tense throughout the day as relatives of Sangita Rahut, a patient who died during treatment on Saturday, launched a protest accusing negligence of doctors for the death. Relatives and family members of the deceased Rahut have been protesting in front of the hospital demanding punishment to the doctors involved in the botched surgery.The agitating party is also demanding compensation for the victim family. Following the incident, the kin of the deceased resorted to protest blaming doctors and the hospital administration for the incident. A group of angry people also pelted stones at the hospital demanding action against the guilty and compensation to the victim’s kin.
