Few weeks ago a father was also arrested on charge of raping 10-year old daughter, taking advantage of the absence of wife at home. His wife went kuwait 20 months ago seeking foreign employment. District Police Spokesperson Bishwo Mani Pokhrel informed that the incestuous father was arrested after a complaint lodged by the elder daughter that he raped the young daughter twice while watching television. The victim's health was checked at Mechi Zonal Hospital, added the police. The 40-year old man from Haldibari-7 from the district was arrested by the District Police Office recently.
