A Nepalese woman is charged with aborting her foetus in a polyclinic in Malayasia.24 year Factory worker Thapa Nirmala is alleged to have committed the offence at the polyclinic in Taman Ciku in malayasia at around on Oct 9. The under Section 315 of the Penal Code for causing the death of a child before, at or immediately after birth, carries a jail term of up to 10 years.No plea was recorded when Thapa was indicted Monday as she did not understood the charge read to her in Bahasa Malaysia.
