UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal has challenged ruling parties to remove Baburam Bhattarai as the chairman of the Political Dialogue and Consensus Committee (PDCC) stating that the common proposal on federalism tabled by the ruling partners will not be registered at PDCC. Dahal, who left in the middle of PDCC meet held at Parliament Secretariat on Friday, challenged ruling parties—Nepali Congress and CPN-UML—to find a new chairman for PDCC, if they want their proposal be considered at PDCC. According to Dahal, Bhattarai will not forward the ruling parties’ proposal in PDCC.
