Cat Eats 1,000 dollars Worth of Seafood at Russian Airport Shop

A burglar cat dines on seafood at a shop in Russia's Vladivostok airport causing 1,000 U.S. dollars worth of damage.

 A cat treated itself to a 1,000-dollar delicious seafood dinner at a shop at the Vladivostok international airport in Russia's Far East. An amateur video which an airport staffer passed over to a local TV station RIA Prima Media shows a red furry burglar ripping packaging of seafood products and tasting delicacies varying from smoked squid to dried flounder displayed in a shop window. Airport police conducted a thorough search trying to catch a thief afterwards but could find him. RIA Prima Media reported that workers of the airport cafes said the cat comes from time to time in search for food and disappears with whatever he can find. His visits become more frequent in winter. The video of the cat having a seafood dinner went viral on the Internet amassing more than 500,000 views in two days. A few people posted notes asking how they can find the cat so they could adopt it.
