Former King Gyanendra Shah is heading for Tarai/Madhesh once again. Reports claim that he is heading for Chitwan, December 21, 2014. According to sources this is his strictly private visit to the Tarai plains of the country. Shah who is a heart patient, say experts he could have been advised by doctors to avoid Kathmandu’s bitter winter.
