Where is Nepal heading? Crimes are increasing rapidly, bus accident is happening everyday and not taking care of. A teenager boy has beheaded his octogenarian grandmother here in Swayambhu. According to DSP Padam Bista, Chief at Metropolitan Police Circle Swayambhu, Tshering Tamang,18, from Chhaukhuri-3 Kavre hacked his grandmother 86-year-old Damu Tamang’s head off with a Khukuri in a rented house at Bijeswori-15 Swayambhu.
