The meeting of Parliamentary Business Advisory Committee has hit a deadlock after the ruling and opposition parties locked their horns over whether or not to go for Constituent Assembly (CA) process. Last week Four hundred and thirteen lawmakers of the Nepali Congress, CPN (UML) and other parties have submitted their signatures to the Constituent Assembly (CA) Chairman Subash Nembang demanding timely constitution. The lawmakers of the ruling parties have submitted the signatures to the CA Chairman at a time when the political parties have failed to forge consensus on the disputed issues of a new constitution.
