According to RSS an elderly man has committed suicide after apparently being disappointed over the failure of the Constituent Assembly to promulgate the new constitution as scheduled on January 22.Bishnu Prasad Upreti, 65, of Goldhap-1 was found hanging from the branch of a tree near his home Friday morning, police said.
