At least 12 people, including four cartoonists and two policemen are killed by three gunmen at satirical weekly Charlie Hebdo magazine.According to the France's top security official a total of 3 gunmen were involved at the shooters. The area around the offices in Paris's 11th arrondissement has been sealed off and the terror alert raised to its highest level. Security has also been reinforced at houses of worship, stores, media offices and on public transportation. French President François Hollande, who is expected to deliver a national address this evening, ordered top government officials to convene an emergency meeting.
