CK Raut is arrested again by Itahari Police Office on Tuesday. Rahut was giving interview to a local Television channel at the time of arrest. DSP Binod Sharma confirmed the arrest of Raut and said he will be indicted on charge of treason. Raut, who is advocating a secessionist campaign, has been arrested time and again for his anti-national activities.
CK Raut is a former PhD scholar at the Machine Intelligence Laboratory (formerly the Speech, Vision and Robotics [SVR] group), supervised by Dr. Mark Gales.
