Salman Khan's sentence suspended, goes to court to get bail

In a big relief for Salman Khan, the Bombay High Court on Friday granted bail to the Bollywood superstar and suspended his 5-year sentence in the 2002 hit-and-run case.
Actor Salman Khan will not go to jail for now in a hit-and-run case - the Bombay High Court suspended his five-year prison sentence today pending an appeal. Earlier: The popular actor – who has starred in some of Bollywood’s most successful films – however, escaped being sent to jail after the Bombay high court granted him interim bail till May 8, barely a few hours after the sessions court handed him the five-year term.
what happens to his films?
 Salman Khan is said to have Rs 200 crores riding on him and film projects extending right up to 2017.Salman is currently shooting for Sooraj Barjatya’s ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ opposite Sonam Kapoor which is scheduled to release this year.Another major current project of Salman’s that is also slated to have a 2015 release is Kabir Khan’s ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’. And its first look was to be released later this month.
