Born at Sanischare Jhapa, Nepal he completed my SLC from Sanischare High School and his I.SC from Amrit science college. Lateri. He completed two masters: one from Tribhuvan University and another from SUNY-Binghamton. He completed Ph.d from Brown university, providence,RI. He is also a novelist and sometimes act for theater as a hobby. He have written two novels Potato, BUTTER and COFFEE and GHANCHAKKAR and also a non fiction text titled SIDDHANTA KA KURA.
