The body of Bharat Raj Upreti, former Justice at the Supreme Court, has been handed over to the Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital (TUTH) as per his wish. Upreti committed suicide on Sunday Night. A suicide note was found beside to his dead body.
Former Supreme Court justice Bharat Raj Upreti committed suicide by hanging at his Ratopul-based house. It was found in his suicide note that he decided to end his life as per his wish. He has also urged his family members to donate his body to the hospital and Rs 500,000 to be used for his funeral processions to the earthquake victims.
