CPN-UML withdraws Sports Minister from Cabinet over Sports Council appointment.
CPN-UML has decided to remove Minister for Youth and Sports Purushottam Paudel from the Cabinet on Sunday, after he failed to oblige to the party’s directive to revoke the appointment of Keshav Kumar Bista as the Member-Secretary of National Sports Council. Paudel had unilaterally appointed Bista for the NSC top post, without the party’s consent.
