The Supreme Court on Friday ordered the government, the Constituent Assembly (CA) and concerned political parties not to implement the 16-point political deal recently struck by major political forces with a view to settling key contentious issues in constitution making. Issuing an interim order on Friday, the apex court said issues like delineation and nomenclature of provinces should be settled before the dissolution of CA.
