CPN-UML Chair KP Sharma Oli assured that the new constitution in the country will be drafted in 2072 BS.Speaking to reporters and supporters during his visit to Dharahara today, Oli also assured that the power cut in the country will be ended soon and many job opportunities will be created in the country in the New Year 2072.
