According TO BBC news, At least 36 people were died when a passenger ferry capsized off the coast of Leyte in the central Philippines. 173 people were traveling in Ferry when it overturned. Around 50 and 70 people were rescued from the boat by Philippine Red Cross from the shore. According to witness ,"The ferry rolled while attempting to turn around swiftly.
