In chitwan Cadres of the Netra Bikram Chand-led CPN Maoist smeared black soot on the face of Narayan Prasad Sapkota, Executive Officer of the Bharatpur Sub-Metropolitan City on Sunday. CPN Maoist district Secretary Mahesh Chaudhary said that they smeared black soot on the face of Sapkota on the premises of the Bharatpur Sub-Metropolitan City today for his alleged involvement in corruption. Narayan Prasad Sapkota, Executive Officer of the Bharatpur Sub-Metropolitan City was accused of carrying out financial irregularities in the office, buying a sophisticated car from the money of corruption and appointing his wife at the Non-gazetted first class level in the office among others.
