In RAUTAHAT, Cadres of Madhes-based parties hurled chairs at CPN-UML senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal during a programme organised to collect public opinion on the preliminary draft of the new constitution on Monday. During the programme at conference hall of Gaur municipality, Sadbhawana Party (SP) supporters protested and attacked the former Prime Minister. Some SP cadres resorted to stone-pelting during the process. To control the situation police fire few rounds of teargas.
