A father of seven was gunned down Sunday night outside a convenience store on Rochester's west side.
Family members said Jit Mongar, 38, was part of a tight-knit Nepali community who had just come to the United States not long ago. Mongar was shot in the upper body outside a Lake Avenue convenince store just before 11 p.m. Sunday. He was taken to the hospital where he died from his injuries. credit: twcnews, ROCHESTER, N.Y.
