An experience it'll never forget! Baby elephant rescued from well

Posted by Anup Baral August 25, 2015 :
A baby elephant was rescued after falling into an uncovered well in India's southern district of Andhra Pradesh on Sunday (August 23).

Forest officials rescued the elephant from the dry well using a digger to create a path for the animal to climb up, but upon reaching freedom it charged at the crowd and some nearby cows.Elephants are large mammals of the family Elephantidae and the order Proboscidea. Two species are traditionally recognised, the African elephant (Loxodonta africana) and the Asian elephant (Elephas maximus), although some evidence suggests that African bush elephants and African forest elephants are separate species (L. africana and L. cyclotis respectively). Elephants are scattered throughout sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia, and Southeast Asia. What are the top stories today?
