The blast killed at least 20 people, including at least eight foreigners. Scores were injured. The perpetrators have not been identified, but police are investigating one suspect seen on security footage at the shrine. The BBC's Jonathan Head said the man seen was seen entering the shrine with a backpack, then later without it.
