A single bench of Chief Justice Kalyan Shrestha argued that there were no points to prove that the army mobilization was unconstitutional. Advocate Roshan Kumar Jha and Yam Kumar Yonjan in the writ petition on Wednesday had demanded the cancellation of government decision to mobilize army persons. RSS
