
Pani Puri (Water bread )is a street snack from the Magadha region of India. It consists of a round, hollow puri, fried crisp and filled with a mixture of flavored water ("pani"), tamarind chutney, chili, chaat masala, potato, onion and chickpeas.The English meaning of Pani Puri is "watery bread" or "crisp sphere eaten. It is also called golgappa.
