Dr. Greg Skomal of the Massachusetts Division of Marine Fisheries was working with the Atlantic White Shark Conservatory off the coast of Cape Cod's Monomoy National Wildlife Refuge when he captured an lucky seal escaping a shark's best attempt at dinner.
